CREATE SYSTEM –
Either you are doing business or job; system and discipline must be followed to generate productive out come from your work. Here, I will tell you, how to create a system in your business in order to get an auto system for business.
It can be measured in 4 ways:
1. Planning
Plan about what is required, when is required, how to required and who to required.
2. Categories work according to department
Distribute the work to the department and set a defined time to deliver the work.
3. Monitor the work
Now you have planned your work and distribute to the department, now your work is to monitoring the work or you can give this job to the senior employee.
4. Control (what is lacking and what is good)
Now at the last stage, you need to review your daily work and measured according to the plan, which you have created. The system which can be followed; ONCE
- You review your cycle
- Whatever you review must be improved in upcoming days.
- Must follow the improvement performance of your team.
Frame work is most important, creating a score board on weekly or monthly basis and indulge your team into it gives you great source of Improvement to go higher and achieve higher.
